chân bằng hữu

Con người đẹp nhất là đức hạnh
Người phụ nữ là lời nói.
Giữ gìn những bí mật của bạn mình mới là chân bằng hữu.

Thức dậy trời nắng đẹp tuyệt vời,
Anh đi làm cà phê.

Câu kệ 1

Xe bò

1.
Manopubbaṅgamā dhammā, manoseṭṭhā manomayā;
Manasā ce paduṭṭhena, bhāsati vā karoti vā;
Tato naṃ dukkhamanveti, cakkaṃva vahato padaṃ.

1.
Ý dẫn đầu các pháp,
Ý làm chủ, ý tạo;
Nếu với ý ô nhiễm,
Nói lên hay hành động,
Khổ não bước theo sau,
Như xe, chân vật kéo.

Minh Châu

1.
Ý sẽ dẫn đầu các pháp sanh
Ý làm chủ đạo, ý làm ra
Ý mà ô nhiễm hay xấu xa
Hành động nói  làm chẳng tốt mà
Khổ não về ta điều chắc chắn
Như xe bị kéo sau con vật !

2.
Ý dẫn đầu các pháp,
Ý làm chủ, ý tạo;
Nếu với ý thanh tịnh,
Nói lên hay hành động,
An lạc bước theo sau,
Như bóng, không rời hình.

Minh Châu

2.
Manopubbaṅgamā dhammā, manoseṭṭhā manomayā;
Manasā ce pasannena, bhāsati vā karoti vā;
Tato naṃ sukhamanveti, chāyāva anapāyinī [anupāyinī (ka.)].

2.
Ý sẽ dẫn đầu các pháp sanh
Ý làm chủ đạo, ý làm ra
Ý mình thanh tịnh hiền hòa thế
Hành động nói  làm cũng tốt mà
An lạc sẽ về ta chắc chắn
Như cái bóng sẽ không rời hình!

ĐỗNguyễn

Nó thắng tôi, cướp tôi
Ai ôm hiềm hận ấy,
Hận thù không thể nguôi.

Người ta đã thắng đã hơn mà
Ai người giữ vững hờn căm ấy
Mối hận rồi đây sẽ chẳng mờ
ĐỗNguyễn

Ye ca taṃ nupanayhanti, veraṃ tesūpasammati.

Nó thắng tôi, cướp tôi
Không ôm hiềm hận ấy,
Hận thù được tự nguôi.

Mãi nhớ người ta đánh mắng ta
Người ta đã thắng đã hơn mà
Ai người buông bỏ hờn căm ấy
Mối hận rồi đây sẽ nhạt mờ
ĐỗNguyễn

Na hi verena verāni, sammantīdha kudācanaṃ;
Averena ca sammanti, esa dhammo sanantano.

5.
Với hận diệt hận thù,
Ðời này không có được.
Không hận diệt hận thù,

Là định luật ngàn thu.
Minh Châu

Ở thế gian này hận diệt thù
Là điều không thể xảy ra đâu
Từ bi mới diệt tan hiềm hận
Định luật ngàn thu đó vĩnh hằng
